   Your personal data collected when you fill out the contact form on our website will be processed for the purpose of accepting job and internship applications within the framework of our company's human resources policies, under the conditions and for the purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.
3. c) To Whom and for What Purposes Personal Data May Be Transferred
   Your personal data collected for this purpose is processed only by our company and is not transferred to any third party or organization, except where required by law.

ç) Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data collected for the purposes stated above is processed for the purposes specified in section (b) of this Privacy Notice, within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes set out in Articles 5 and 6 of Law No. 6698.

11. d) Rights of the Data Subject Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698
    Pursuant to Article 11 of Law No. 6698, data subjects may apply to the data controller to:

  • Request information if their personal data has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred, either domestically or abroad,
  • Request the correction of their personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
  • Request the deletion or destruction of their personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of Law No. 6698,
  • Request that the third parties to whom their personal data has been transferred be notified of actions taken pursuant to subparagraphs d and e of Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law,
  • Object to any outcome to their detriment resulting from the analysis of their data exclusively by automated systems,
  • Request compensation for damages incurred as a result of unlawful processing of their personal data
  rights.
